Valentia Nursing Home,  Camolin, County Wexford is looking for Chef de Partie  to cater for the residents in the Nursing Home,

Contract Type: Full-time - 39 hours per Week 
Working hours - 39 per Week 
Wages – € 36,605.00/ Annum


Job Duties
Prepare all food items as directed in a timely manner. Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Operate
standard kitchen equipment safely & efficiently. Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to Health &
Safety Standards. Assist with the cleaning and organization of Kitchen and equipment. Adhere to all food
hygiene and safety standards. Additional duties, Menu planning, Food shopping, Recording food temperatures,
Preparing reports
Qualification: Degree, Diploma or equivalent with a Minimum 2 years of Experience.
