Key Responsibilities

• Brewing & Prep: Make espresso, coffee, tea, and specialty drinks to recipe.
• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders, explain menu options, and handle payments.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Sanitize equipment and counters, restock supplies, and follow food hygiene rules.

Requirements & Skills

• Experience: Previous cafe, customer service, or food-handling experience is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with espresso machines, grinders, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Soft Skills: Friendly attitude, clear communication, and ability to stay calm during busy rushes.
