Churrascaria O Galo Limited is seeking four Chefs de Partie to join its kitchen team in Carlow. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting food to a consistent standard while maintaining food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Main duties:
- Prepare, cook and present dishes in accordance with the restaurant’s menu and standards.
- Manage an assigned section of the kitchen during service.
- Assist with food preparation, portion control and stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Follow instructions from the Head Chef or senior kitchen staff.

Essential requirements:
- At least two years’ relevant experience as a chef.
- Ability to prepare and cook food to a consistent standard.
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen.
