JPB Tech Solution Limited, is an Irish technology and travel management company providing proprietary booking, operations and invoicing software, alongside crew accommodation, ground transportation and travel management services to private and commercial aviation operators across Europe and the Middle East. Established in 2022 and actively trading since 2024, the Company is expanding its technology operations to support growing demand from aviation, hospitality and transportation clients.
Role Overview:
We are seeking Director of Data Science & Analytics to lead the Company technology strategy, software engineering, enterprise platform architecture, data analytics and technology innovation. This is a senior technology leadership position responsible for overseeing the design, development and delivery of scalable software platforms, cloud infrastructure and data driven solutions that support the Company booking, accommodation, transportation and travel management operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the Company technology strategy in alignment with its business objectives, growth plans and operational requirements.
• Lead the architecture, design and development of the Company enterprise software as a service (SaaS) platform, including booking, operations, invoicing and travel management systems.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure, system integration, software engineering standards, data pipelines and platform scalability to ensure reliable and efficient technology operations.
• Direct the development and implementation of data analytics, machine learning and AI driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, business intelligence and service delivery.
• Establish, develop and lead the Company's engineering and data team in Ireland, including recruitment, team structure, technical training and performance management.
• Manage technology projects, development priorities, technical resources and delivery schedules to ensure that projects meet business requirements, quality standards and agreed deadlines.
• Establish and maintain technology governance frameworks, cybersecurity measures, access controls, data management practices and relevant data protection compliance procedures for the Company's Irish and EU operations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, software development methodologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation, automation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director & other relevant stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and long term technology development plans.
• Oversee system performance, technical risk management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement to maintain the reliability, security & availability of the Company platforms.
• Engage with clients, technology partners, suppliers & other stakeholders to understand technical requirements, support system integrations & communicate technology solutions.
